Postcard from Jamaica

My brother is in Jamaica, in a remote, mountainous area called Harmons, helping to build homes for victims of Hurricane Gilbert. He is not able to be in touch with us while he is there, but this picture is on the website of the organization where he is volunteering. I'm not sure of the context, but I am praying God will be with this lady.
